Darren our resident Chef (and Bethan's Husband) Started his chef career over 27 years ago, and started his journey training at Hilton hotels and since has worked at boutique hotels and pubs who have been renowned for their good food.

At the Coach and Horses we are working to create a delicious, proper "pub" menu, which is good quality and hearty.
